Enrolment in our programmes is subject to availability. Submitting an enrolment form does not guarantee placement. We will confirm your enrolment within 24 hours of receiving your application.
Payment is required before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied after the first session of any programme. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the first session. After the first session, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, subject to our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us at least 7 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrolment, educator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.
